Pad See Ew is a dish consisting of rice noodles stir fried in a sweet soy sauce with egg and chinese broccoli (may be substituted with other green vegetables if not available), and your choice of protein.

Ingredients: Rice noodles, Sweet soy sauce, Seasoning sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, cooking oil, minced garlic, egg, carrots, Chinese broccoli.

All Thai'd Up is a locally owned food truck, since September 2017. Owned by a Thailand born half Thai, half American woman and single mother of two, Chef Kat brings the most authentic Thai street food to Louisville.
