Our first performance of the 2019-20 season, "New Beginnings" celebrates our new branding and name change. We hope you will come to hear the Kentucky Chamber Orchestra perform two great works by W.A. Mozart and Ludwig van Beethoven. Our program will include:
We have chosen Beethoven's first symphony to help celebrate our organization's new direction. Beethoven's composition of his first symphony launched him into the creation of some of the greatest works of orchestral repertoire in history. We hope that, like Beethoven's new direction when he composed his first symphony in 1800, ours will lead to significant future success as well.
Our performance on October 25th at 7:30 PM will also feature performances by the Kentucky Chamber Orchestra's new affiliate ensembles - the KCO Woodwind Quintet and the Unity Trio. These ensembles feature members of the Kentucky Chamber Orchestra as well as music director Ben Crouch.
Tickets are $10 for adults, $5 for children 12 and under, and $3 for high school and college students.
