The event features seven of Louisville's top chefs including, lead Chef Josh Moore of Volare & Moore Farms, and Chef John Varanese of River House & The LeVee, Chef Josh Hillyard of Chef & Jeff, Chef David Danielson of Dant Crossing, Chef Henry Wesley of 8Up, Chef Ming Pu of Brooklyn and The Butcher, Chef Anoosh Shariat of Anoosh Bistro.
Enjoy a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres, spirits/mocktails & live music, then be seated for six courses of spectacular food created in tandem with the chefs, ProStart students & their culinary instructors.
