**This SIX COURSE fine dining experience is a celebration of the culinary education programs happening through ProStart within high schools throughout the state of Kentucky. The event features seven of Louisville's top chefs including, lead Chef Josh Moore of Volare & Moore Farms, Chef John Varanese of River House & The LeVee, Chef Josh Hillyard of Chef & Jeff, Chef David Danielson of Dant Crossing, Chef Henry Wesley of 8Up, Chef Ming Pu of Brooklyn and The Butcher, Chef Jay Bellucci of Noosh Nosh.
Enjoy a cocktail hour with hors d'oeuvres, spirits/mocktails & live music, then be seated for six courses of spectacular food created in tandem with the chefs, ProStart students & their culinary instructors.
Hear stories of the profound impact ProStart is making across the state, helping students explore the hospitality field & develop skills that will put them ahead of the class after high school graduation. Meet young people currently in the ProStart advanced culinary training program & toast the legacy of fine dining in Louisville & beyond that Kentucky ProStart helps make possible!
