Continuing our tradition of a site-specific production for Halloween, Kentucky Shakespeare presents an immersive new experience inside our headquarters in Old Louisville. Utilizing silent disco headphone technology, audience members will move throughout an interactive production inspired by Shakespeare’s Hamlet. Kentucky Shakespeare commissioned playwrights Diana Grisanti and Steve Moulds to create this hour-long sensory event, conceived by the pair with director Matt Wallace.
Running time is one hour with no intermission. During some of this experience audience members will wear headphones. This production includes stretches of walking and standing, with periodic sitting stations if needed. If you need further information, please email [email protected].
We have moved to a mask optional policy for audience members. While masks are not required, we encourage anyone who chooses to wear a mask to do so throughout all or part of the production. We will continue to send updates if there are any changes.
