Improv is often thought about in terms of entertainment, namely comedy, but improv is a great tool for a plethora of facets in life. One particular area improv is a great tool for is positive thinking!
Day in and day out you can easily find yourself lost in your routine, annoyed by unexpected changes, running late, or someone made a comment and now it’s all you can think about. Your day is ruined, right? At least that’s how you feel. Improv for Positive Thinking is to help you in those moments where you may feel down, irritated by someone or something, overwhelmed, or as though your day just couldn’t get any worse, We’re going to show you improv tools to help reframe your mindset in the midst of negative thoughts for yourself and people in your life.
Join Victoria Wagner & Simeon Burks as they will teach you Improv can help to break down the barriers that your mind puts up when your emotional climate becomes a storm of negative thoughts. They're going to help you focus in on positive thinking skills to let your happiness shine through for yourself and onto those around you!
