Want a night of magic, fantasy, and mystical foods and beverages? Then this is the dinner for you!

The WIZARDING OWLERY BAR & BLACK MANOR CAFE Dinner Experience:

As guests arrive they will enter into our bar "Owlery". Based in a restored industrial carriage house, located in the Filson Historical Society building, with exposed brick walls, concrete floor, and rustic beams with owls perched overhead.

Inspired by the Wizarding World movies, this dining experience allows fans to become fully immersed and experience a new and exciting take on iconic sets from the movie franchise. Guests will start their experience by checking in at the Owl Keeper's station, and immediately after they can head over to the bar to place their orders for magical concoction and elixir styled beverages, both alcoholic and non. Afterwards, fans will be led to a private table to be seated so they can enjoy themed appetizers and get a special visit from our owl keeper and his feathered friends up-close and personal.

While our Chefs prepare dinner, attendees will be led into the main dining space which will be held in the "Black Manor Cafe". Held within the iconic Filson Society Historic Mansion, a separate space located within the Filson Historical Society building. With rich historic architecture, grandiose oil painted portraits, and custom pieces brought in to add into the themed decor inspired by the Black's home in the movies, this space transforms into our dining version of the "Black Manor Cafe". Guests will enjoy 5 courses from Louisville's top Chefs with their take on a dish inspired by the Harry Potter movies, each with a magical flare. Themed music, hidden fan details, and interactive photo ops add to this truly magical experience. 

To conclude the night, attendees can meet the chefs, the makers behind the experience, get sorted into their magical house, and get sneak peaks of other upcoming magical experiences.

Add-Ons to the Experience:

Transportation: Signature Studios does offer the option for either a limo or private executive car for guests pick-up and drop-off. Guests have the option to be picked up either from their home or office and taken to the event and transported back either to their home or work after the event is over. If you would like to learn more about this option please call our office at 502-243-0000 and speak with Kalye "Callie".

Phone Charging Rentals: We understand guests may be coming directly from a long day to these experiences. So don't worry we have you covered. Signature Studios offers wireless universal phone charging units for rent at each event upon arrival. Guests can either charge them at the check-in station or leave at their table. Cash or card is needed onsite to rent these and is an additional $15 charge.

About the Experience

Step into the story and dine in the immersive worlds and destination spots, created by Signature Studio Events! Featured at iconic concert spaces and venue halls, located around Louisville KY. As guests walk into each Pop Up Chefs Dinner story they will be greeted at the door with performances and unique designed installations that make them feel as though they are entering into a fantasy realm.

Each stage holds surprises as the story unfolds. After arriving guests will be led further into the story starting in the cocktail space with styled passed appetizers, a themed bar and lounge, as well as interactive activations custom to each story.

After cocktail hour, attendees will progress even further by entering into the main dining experience. Here, the space completely transforms into the main plot of the story. Guests will feel as if they have entered the world itself and are dining in the middle of a set of movie. Signature Studio Events' Chefs as well as Louisville's well known Guest Chefs will present 5 different courses throughout the rest of the evening. Each course complementing the next. Performances as well as surprise elements are featured in between each course.

To conclude the story, guests of each dinner get to take home a luxury story bag featuring elements of the night as well as new information of events to come.
