David Domine's Victorian Ghost Walk®
Each third weekend in October, David Dominé's Victorian Ghost Walk® celebrates "America's Most Haunted Neighborhood" with an ensemble of legendary locals and real-life characters who return from the grave to tell their stories.
Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, tours depart every 15 minutes starting at 6:00PM from Haskins Hall in the Conrad-Caldwell House Museum at 1402 St. James Court. The last tour departs at 9:00PM. All tours end at the museum as well.
David Dominé's Victorian Ghost Walk® is based entirely on the research and writings of David Dominé and is protected by U.S. Copyright and Registered Trademark laws.
Important notes:
- This theatrical experience is not wheel-chair accessible. Though much of this guided walking tour covers relatively flat surfaces, tour groups will be entering several residences, which requires walking up and down steps. Central Park, where some actors are staged, may be muddy in rainy weather, so wear appropriate footwear.
- The Victorian Ghost Walk takes place once a year only, the third weekend in October, with 13 performances each evening (Friday/Saturday/Sunday)
- Expect each tour to last about 2 hours. Please double-check your tickets to confirm the correct date and time slot. No need to print out tickets. Your name will be on the roster at will-call in Haskins Hall, where you will need to check in 10 minutes before your start time.
- Tickets are non-refundable, so please be prepared in the case of less-than-ideal weather because this is a rain-or-shine event!
- There is generally plenty of free street parking, however St. James Court and Magnolia Avenue fill up quickly; it may be easier to park on the Sixth Street, Park Avenue, or Fourth Street sides of Central Park and then walk through the park to the starting point at the Conrad-Caldwell House Museum.
- Photos are encouraged, however, video clips more than 15 seconds in length are prohibited.
David Dominé's Victorian Ghost Walk® takes place once a year only and features costumed interpreters and actors. It forms part of Louisville Historic Tours, LLC, which offers simple narrator-guided walks of Old Louisville seven days a week year round.

Part walking tour, part porch play, David Dominé's Victorian Ghost Walk® brings together local acting talent to showcase and support the stunning Old Louisville historic preservation district. This year's event is presented by the South Fourth Street Association and is directed by Keith McGill. David Dominé's Victorian Ghost Walk® is part of Louisville Historic Tours, LLC.
